Act IV, Scene II? Act IV doesn't have a third scene. According to what we learn in Act II, Brutus and Cassius disagree about their strategy for attacking Antony and Octavius' army at Philipi. Cassius believes they should wait and keep their men fresh for battle. Brutus, on the other hand. believes the opposing army should should be stopped immediately. Brutus wins the argument and their armies are set to leave the following morning.
