4.What message does Antony send to Brutus? What does Antony do when he meets the men?

He wants to know if, as a follower of the now-dead Caesar, he will now be welcomed by the conspirators. He says he will honor Brutus living as he honored Caesar when he was alive. He seems to ask them that they would kill him as well as having killed Caesar; the conspirators basically say, no be patient, and you will hear why we did what we did.
