Jerusalem Irony

Jerusalem Irony

Marky

Johnny considers himself to be taking care of the kids by letting them party with him. Ironically, he has a son, Marky, whom he never sees and forgets to take to the fair.

Bang the Drum

Ginger believes that Johnny is lying to everyone about the drum from the giant. Ironically, he will not dare bang on the drum as he is frightened that a giant may come.

Mary

The Professor is constantly looking for his Mary. Ironically, Mary is gone and it's only after his acid trip that he recognizes this as truth.

Eviction

The community is demanding Johnny to be evicted because his behavior is intolerable and they want the land to build new homes. Ironically, many of the people of the community participate in the lewd behavior with Byron; thus, they are all hypocrites.

Mom

Dawn comes to Johnny's to drop off Marky to go to the fair with his dad, but Johnny is drunk and high so she won't let Marky go with him. Ironically, she does cocaine before taking their son with her.
