Chapter 24

The Ladybug asks the Grasshopper to play some music for them. James has never heard such beautiful music. He says it sounds like a violin. The Grasshopper tells James about the different ways different grasshopper breeds play music. James is enthralled, saying he's never thought about it.

Chapter 25

The Earthworm and the Centipede begin to argue. To stop them, James has the Earthworm tell him something about himself. One by one, the group tells James something about the insects that he didn't know. The Centipede sings a song for everyone.
