This of course is asking about your feelings rather than mine. To me Chris was a flawed enigma. His counter-culture enthusiasm for minimalism was striking and infectious. At the same time, he was a flawed character who hurt the people closest to him. There is no conflict in perceiving Chris this way. Certainly you can feel for Chris (pathos) yet remain objective.
