Facial Features
Shasta is said to have barely pouted when she was in a relationship with Doc. Ironically, when she comes around Doc's place some time later her face is full of sorrow, something she's never worn. This shows that she has become someone different since they were together.
Luz
Luz is Sloane's housekeeper so Sloane says. Ironically, Luz is living at the Wolfmann's house not as a housekeeper, but as a woman that Wolfmann sleeps with. She proves this when she comes on to Doc in the closet.
Bigfoot
Bigfoot is constantly opposing Doc and cutting him down. Ironically, Doc brings him a photo of Coy in order to help him with an investigation. And, we learn that these two are more closely linked than ever.
Petunia
Pentunia works for Doc and is his receptionists for his private investigation business. Ironically, after Doc meets with a client he asks the client if she knows Shasta, and Pentunia ironically gives it away that Shasta was Doc's former girl, a fact Doc did not want revealed.
Doc leaves doc
Doc has gone to visit a special facility run by doctors in order to find Mickey Wolfmann. The doctor is showing Doc around the facility, but ironically doesn't notice when Doc disappears from their tour and goes off to find Mickey on his own.
