Mola Ram! Prepare to meet Kali... in Hell!
Indiana Jones says that to Mola Ram, the man who he was fighting with on a collapsed wooden bridge, after he allows him to fall to his death into the jaws of hungry crocodiles. Because of his transgressions, Indy (as he is affectionately called) rightly allows Mola Ram to die.
This line is also deeply ironic. Because Mola Ram is a Thuggee, he does not believe in Heaven and Hell - a fact which Indy knows very well. Ultimately, it shows just how little Indy thought of Mola and his horrible, cultish religion that has far too many backward practices - like pulling hearts of people who are alive.
Kali ma... Kali ma... Kali ma, shakthi deh!
This is one of the many Thuggee chants led by Mola Ram. It means: “Mother Kali... Mother Kali... Mother Kali, give me power!” A homage to their goddess Kali, these chants are meant to empower the adherents of the Thuggee cult/religion and underscore the profound violence and groupthink inherent in the Thuggee religion.
Ah, dessert! Chilled monkey brains.
This line serves a simple purpose: to illustrate how backwards and awful Indian culture is. This is undeniably racist (something which the film was chastised for even at its release), but it gives more depth - even if it's bad depth - to the film and to Indian culture.
