What does "Zhaunagush" mean? Why do the other children at the residential school call Saul a "Zhaunagush"? What impact does this have on him?

They called Saul "Zhaunagush" because he could read and write English. Zhaunagush represents white man and white culture. Saul can navigate the white world of education quite well. Most of the other kids cannot. Many kids hold Saul's "white education" against him because their parents only taught them the old ways.
