explain the significance of the name “New Dawn Centre”

The New Dawn centre was supposed to be an Aboriginal rehabilitation or healing centre to start a new life (hence a new dawn) after the ravages of addiction. Saul doesn't like the circle talks but the centre is the place where readers get to dive into Saul's past.
