What happens to the husbands of the butterflies?

Pedrito Gonzales, Partia's husband, ends up re-marrying after Partia's death. Manolo, Minerva's husband, stays active in the revolution, until he is gunned down. Leandro Guzman Rodriguez was Maria Teresa's husband. After Manolo's death, he becomes a builder in the capital and gets out of politics. He also has remarried and started a new family.
