I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings

how did marguerite's father's decision to send her to live with her grandmother effect her opinion of him?

How did she feel about that?

I looked at this question yesterday and wasn't sure how to respond. Marguerite was taken to live with her paternal grandmother at the age of three when her parents decided they weren't going to stay together. I'm not sure this had anything to do with her later opinion of her father as the story progressed. He did take her back later only to abandon her again. Hope that helped.
