How to write a response on the quotation "In English my name means hope. In Spanish it means too many letters. It means sadness, it means waiting."

i have to have a 5-7 sentence response for this quotation. It can't summarize the whole passage. It has to mainly be about the quotation.

Esperanza hates her name. Meaning "hope" in Spanish, her name carries a lot of connotations – it expresses her Mexican heritage as well as a sense of waiting or expectation. And it's long and difficult for her teachers at school to say, to boot. Esperanza's name just contributes to her sense of not belonging.

This quote says much about the protagonist Esperanza Cordero. The quote tells us that much of her life has to to with angst, suffering and waiting for something better. All this angst is tied up with her Hispanic heritage and gender...
