How does the violence of Kurtz (the artist) differ from the violence of the accountant (the professional man/technocrat)?

Kurtz is a lot more primal and visceral. We can almost feel the inflicts where as the a technocrat uses money and influence to inflict his violence on the Congo. He sits in Europe and exploits the people without having to see the destruction.
