How does Ginny know that he is lying about his scar?

Harry wakes up in the middle of the night after having a dream of when Hagrig tells him he is a wizard. Ginny wakes up they were talking and Harry all of a suden gaps from pain he tells her that he is fine. How did she know he was lying?

While Ginny and Harry are talking about Albus, he gasps from the pain caused by his scar. She then asks him how long it's been since it hurt, and he admits that it hasn't hurt for twenty years.
