Why does Mr bounderby sell his house after Louisa didnt return?Where did he live after buying his house?

Do you have a chapter for this question? I have just slimmed through Part 3 from start to finish, and I see no evidence Bounderby sold his home.

Bounderby sells their home in the country and returns to his home in Coketown. There, he resumes his life as a bachelor.
