Hamlet is pretty frustrated with life. His dad is dead, and his mother has married his uncle. He thinks Denmark and life is an "unweeded garden" and is tired of suffering the "sings and arrows of outrageous fortune". Hamlet wonders whether it is better to kill himself than just wait for more trouble in his life.
