what does Claudius's appearance (i.e. manner of dress) tell us about him/her?

Claudius is presented as a multi-faced character. He desired the crown of king Denmark, and killed his brother King Hamlet to acquire it. Claudius deceptively appears innocent and upset (he's quite the actor). In fact, everyone in the kingdom except Hamlet believes him to be devasted by King Hamlet's death.
