Identify the purpose of hamlets "rogue"soliloquy? What are three reasons

In my opinion (and opinions vary), the purpose of this section is that Hamlet chastises himself for his own inaction and loss of desire..... just as the ghost will do later in the play. In this soliloquy, Hamlet exposes his tragic flaws.
