Hamlet

The queen wants hamlet to cheer up and not be so sorrowful over the death of his father. She tries to convince Hamlet to accept the fact that everybody eventually dies and that it is time for him to stop mourning so intensely.

Do not forever with thy vailèd lids
Seek for thy noble father in the dust.
Thou know’st ’tis common; all that lives must die,
Passing through nature to eternity.
