Hamlet is mentioned one in the lines you've cited above. Claudius' mention of Hamlet depicts him as a jealous man..... untrue, jealousy is not one of Hamlet's traits.

That he could nothing do but wish and beg Your sudden coming o'er, to play with him. Claudius also questions Laertes as to the authenticity of his grief.... he might be alluding to Hamlet here as well, but we don't know that for sure. Once again, it would be an inaacurate portrayal.
Laertes, was your father dear to you?
Or are you like the painting of a sorrow,
A face without a heart?
