why did gulliver refused to bring all the ships from blefuscu to lilliput? how didthis refusal eventually affect him

Basically Gulliver refuses to be a part of any plan that will make free people into slaves. The Emperor of Lilliput is offended that Gulliver didn't follow orders so he plots with his ministers to murder Gulliver.
