why did gulliver go on a trip with the farmer around brobdingnag when the farmer is huger than gulliver in alot

The farmer puts Gulliver on display around Brobdingnag as a novelty. This clearly shows that the farmer would rather profit from his discovery than treat Gulliver as guest or equal.
