Gulliver continues telling his master about the vices of the English people. He paints a particularly disturbing picture of lawyers and doctors, saying that lawyers are the stupidest among the Yahoos and doctors are corrupt and seldom cure their patients. The Houyhnhnm is shocked and believes that Gulliver is only slightly more civilized that the average Yahoo.
