Gulliver is actually treated well at Blefuscu. The Emperor of Lilliput demands that Gulliver be returned to be charged with treason. The Emperor of Blefuscu refuses to send Gulliver back to Lilliput stating that Gulliver has helped make peace and that Gulliver is not an enemy of Blefuscu.
