Gulliver shows cultural bias which makes him an unreliable narrator. Gulliver is a product of his era and of English society during that time. He sees things from a decidedly Eurocentric lens which limits his perspective. Everything that happens and that is said is filtered through Gulliver so we are limited to his bias.
