The King is inquisitive about Gulliver's discription of his government. After hearing this, the king takes Gulliver into his hand and explains that he find's Gulliver's world to be contemptuous and that Englishmen sound like “odious Vermin.”

I cannot but conclude the Bulk of your Natives, to be the most pernicious Race of little odious Vermin that Nature ever suffered to crawl upon the Surface of the Earth.
