Grendel

When Grendel uses profanity on page 52, he notes that he had picked up these words from men and isn't sure of what the words actually mean. Is there a message about language here?

Men are supposedly "good" yet they spew profanity. It is interesting when Grendel uses these words, almost child-like. Grendel is using language that only has meaning to people who interpret the words as profanity. To Grendel they mean nothing.
