why does pip get mad at biddy for askin about visiting joe

I'm not sure he so much gets mad at Biddy, as he's internally upset with himself. Pip is ashamed of where he comes from, and he hides it whenever possible. A visit to Joe shouldn't require thought or reminders...... so he's not really mad at her; he's mad at himself.
