Jaggers house is cold and dark representative of his personality as a detached and cold lawyer. Jaggers house is also formal and intimidating like the owner, how Pip and others feel about him. Wemmick's however represents his creative and whimsical personality in it's creative "tools" and castle like appearance. Wemmick's house also has a moat to show how he separates his work life from his personal life.
