What kind of ethics did/didn't Victor employ?

Victor had no ethics before and after his creation. Victor was obsessed with creating life and went ahead despite the moral implications. He dug up graves, stole, and desecrated the dead. After the creature is "born", Victor abandons his creation to starve and die.
