what event is foreshadowed in the beginning of chapter 5

In Chapter 5, Victor completes his creation. He is horrified by it when he actually brings it to life The creature is pretty ugly! Victor tries to get some shut eye in the next room but troubled by nightmares about Elizabeth and his mother’s corpse. That's pretty much foreshadowing!
