If you were on the jury at justines trail, would you have found her guilty or innoent & why?

I think I would have found her guilty because she was certainly set up to look that way by the Creation. She was found with the necklace that William had been wearing in her pocket and had no plausible alibi as she had been sleeping when when his family was searching for him. Only the reader knows the truth.

given the fact that she confessed (out of hysteria) and that the locket was found on her, I would have found Justine guilty of murdering william.
