how does the creature come alive?

While the book makes no reference concerning how the monster is brought to life, it is theorized that Victor was practiced in Ceremonial magic and Alchemy, as he makes several references to both are made in the novel. However, these are just theories.

Oh yes, Victor does body parts exhumed from dead people but we really don't know how he put them all together. Yuck!
