Follow the Rabbit-Proof Fence

Molly knew about the fence because her father was the inspector of the rabbit-proof fence. The fence's purpose was to keep the over-population of rabbits in the eastern Australian regions from migrating into Western Australia. Through her father, Molly learned that the fence was installed from north to south for almost the entire length of the country. She knew that if they could find the fence, it would lead them home.
