How do you suppose Boy was killed?

On a literal sense, Paul kills Boy and sticks the snowball stone in his mouth. Did Paul use some kind of spell to send Boy and his car plunging into the bay? We are not sure. On a more existential level, it is Boy who really orchestrates his own demise by how he tormented and used people in his life.
