What is the result of creating this illusionary world?

I'm not sure what you mean. The illusion of a happy family? Rose's denial of where Troy spends his time (with Alberta) before he comes home at night? Troy's taunting of death and the fence he builds to keep him out? There's a lot going on right here....... the result is chaos all around.
