Why do you think Montag is sure that Clarisse has walked along that railroad track before?

Clarisse is comfortable with walking along the track while Montag is not. He knows that his discomfort is an example of him doing something he ought not to be doing. She, on the other hand, worries little about going against the rules of the government, so it is reasonable to assume that she would have walked here before.
