how does this society view animal life? what is montags reaction to the game the firemen play with the hound? what would your reaction be?

Animal life means little to people. There is no empathy or connection with them. The firemen release animals for the hounds to kill: this is considered "entertainment". I would be horrified; I can't handle seeing animals being abused, even in a book!
