Christian Bale

Bale plays the role of a high-ranking officer who is part of a dystopian world where people take drugs to suppress emotion. Bale's role as Preston marked an award for most on-screen kills in a single movie ever (118). Bale himself has played the protagonist in many movies, including Bruce Wayne in the famed Batman series as well as his critically-acclaimed role as Patrick Bateman in American Psycho.

Emily Watson

Watson plays the role of Mary, a Sence Offender who is kept alive for interrogation. Watson has had successful career since 1991, and was nominated for an academy award for her role as Bess in Breaking the Waves. She has also won a BAFTA for her work on Appropriate Adult.

Taye Diggs

Diggs plays the role of Bale's partner as well as an antagonist. Diggs is mainly known for his performances on broadway including, Rent the Musical. He also has a BFA in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University, his notable television works include Private Practice and the movie the Best Man.

Angus Macfadyen

MacFayden is a Scottish actor and has had had an extensive movie career. He has starred as Jeff in the Saw movie series and Robert the Bruce in Braveheart alongside Mel Gibson. He undertook his studies at the Central School of Speech and Drama and also attended Edinburgh University, a Russel group university.

Sean Bean

Bean plays the role of Partridge, a cleric who's passion of the senses is poetry, something that is banned from the dystopian world the movie is set in. Bean is most well known for his work on the Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring as Boromir, and the Game of Thrones series as Eddard Stark. He has been active in movies since 1983 and has become a well-loved actor, being nominated for a BAFTA and Saturn Award for his work in his movies.
