Of what is Graff acquitted? How?

Graff was court martialed because of decisions he made at the Battle School. One of the charges included the fact that he did not interfere with the fight between Ender and Bonzo, in which Bonzo is killed. His defense, the fight ultimately helped to prepare Ender for the final battle with the buggers.
