After the meeting they're suspicious that there is something not quite right about the relationship between Jekyll and Hyde. Enfield thinks Hyde might possibly be blackmailing Dr. Jekyll, and Utterson knows Jekyll's will states that Hyde will get all of his possessions when he dies. Thus, they're both sure that something is wrong, but they're not at all sure what it is.
