What escapes does Faustus plead for before the midnight of his death?

Faust prays for more time in his last hour "A year, a month, a week, a natural day/ That Faustus may repent and save his soul" (XIII, 64-65). After not getting more time to repent, he turns to God hoping that one drop of Christ's blood can save him.
