Can we see Rachael or Pris's sense of self-consciousness in the novel?

Are there some quotes which reflect if Rachael and Pris are becoming more self-consciousness as they are different from other androids that they have self-identity?

We can completely see their sense of self through the novel. This is perhaps the major irony as replicants are "more human than human". You will have to scan your text for particular quotes but both these characters constantly question their existence.
