How do the Abnegation and Dauntless Initiation day rituals differ?

Dauntless initiates must pass two rounds of fighting and know their fears in order to get to Round Three, which is the final stage of initiation.... facing fears. Abnegation's initiates, on the other hand, spend thirty days performing community service before becoming full members. At the end of the ceremony, the older members wash the initiates' feet.
