Devil on the Cross

''Ngugi provides weak solutions to the problems he raises in the novel Devil on the cross''! Do you agree?

In context, Devil on the Cross is a satire. Njugi wrote this book based upon personal experience, and in my opinion, his solutions might seem to be weak, when they are in fact, the basic essentials.... a starting point. The novel was written in prison and might possibly have been banned or censored. Thus, Njuji used his knowledge in such a way that his message would escape prison and make its way to the people for whom he wrote it.
