Willy Loman

Willy tries hard or at least thinks that he tries hard. Willy is such an unreliable character that it is difficult to gauge exactly how hard he works for the company. He fails to be profitable for the company and is eventually fired. I would speculate that he was delusional about his work ethic as he was with his life.

willy is basically a lazy man.He is a man who lives in his dreams in modern american life he does not belive on hard work .He has his own perception even in this modern life he belives that personal appearence is the key of success and he also teaches his rule to his both sons after having deep study of this play we can say that willy have not a good work ethic.
