why does happy want biff to have a talk with willy?

The conflict between Biff and Willy makes for most of the trouble in the play. As a sort of easy-going, "why can't we all get along?" mentality, Happy wishes to see his brother and father reconciled--even if he is too naive to see why this is so difficult.
