Alfredo Salazar is the protagonist in the novel, Dead Stars. The story revoles around Salazar, his first love, his marriage, and his many affairs. Over the course of the novel, Salazar comes to understand the meaning of true love, and he comes to understand that the past isn't always what you dreamed it could be.
