I'm sorry, your question needs to be more specific. Which argument are you analyzing?

Punishment, such as death penalty, does not avert crime as it does not dehort, does not keep some from making crimes.
Hard judgment serves only as revenge.
Hard circulation of crime will cause criminals to commit more and more forcible crimes.
Punishment will not deletion crime from the community, as the cause of crime lies in misery and other very bad social conditions. Where there is poverty, there is a crime. If you remove poverty, you remove crime.
