In the short story;Hills Like White Elephant...Did the girl,Jig agree to do the abortion?

In Hills Like White Elephant, we are never given the end result..... we're left to infer. Thus, there is no right or wrong answer. My personal opinion, is that the girl did not go through with the abortion, and that she never gave him a firm agreement.
